Glad to see your interested in fantasy!

Vampire counts are alot of fun to use - who doesnt like healing wounded models, or even better raising the dead.

There are also a wide variety of models in the VC list so you wont get bored painting them.

As far as I know VC are still one of the top tiered armies in the tournament scene.

There are many different ways of playing Vamps - some more successful than others, I myself prefer the massed horde of mindless zombies, others prefer Ghoul hordes and more still like a nice balanced army - Plenty to keep you entertained!

Cheers

I havent played against them all that much TBH, but I havent lost with them yet either Wink < I wouldnt listen to individuals Win loss ratios tho - if you look at the community as a whole (or the GT results) you will see that they are indeed pretty awesome when used correctly.

i know i shouldn't but it gives me a little bit of a heads up about what they play like and how competitive they could be against your army
