Keiran its a good idea for the blue/ white deck but personally i'd change it to blue/ white/ green. the idea is first with blue and white you can get out lots of little flyers to deal some decent damage then deal the final blow with 5/5 or 6/6 giant green creatures!
hope this helps if not just try it a bit see if it works Wink

if u want to make a gd deck an learn magic properly don't use yugioh tactics of get the biggest and baddest the goblin and elf decks in magic are prime example of teh biggest and best DON'T work as well in magic unless u have played for while an know what ur doing. magic works of the base of using EVERY rareity but the common usualy make the core.

I found it great fun I am mplaying a singal land deck the Bluue starter and all the monsters are flying types I think I will starting and making a 2 land deck a plains/island any good boster for pplains

starting with one colour is great way to start gives u a nice feel for the game. best boosters for any colour is always the edition sets (currently on 10th but 11th comes out soon). as these sets have all the old school sets and there legal cards. other then that its a case of get the different sets collected as unlike yugioh magic are very evil in that they put cards in sets that later down the line are VERY useful. plus trade values for some band cards some times get very hard EG black lotus.

but yeah keep with one colour an when ur read go to two and develop ur skills with magic ur OWN way as were all either shacking off the rust or learning from scratch. an magic is very gd for providing lots of different varietes of decks to make so experiment n get collecting.

ps buy BOXES in magic there pretty much the WHOLE set in the box + doubles

The casual events that dont get sanctioned - but you get Promo prizes still - its at my discretion as a TO. Too start with i decided that we can let people with a minimum of 30 cards play - and as people get more cards we will up this to 40, 50 then 60 OK

Just noticed Bens pownage of my Goblins LOL tis true Bens starter beat my Goblins but we only played twice with that he beat othr decks mat had made more LOL - the thing about MTG is that all decks can pretty much have a weakness to something else - goblins is burn Sad which ben was playing ) if the Goblins go slow (which they did) then the burn controls them well . The important thing with MTG as Ben found out when more decks came on the scene is you have to make a deck that is good at beating everything as in all colored decks cos he was struggling against the big creature decks with his low brun spells.

I definitely wanna get back into MTG for sure. IMO it's much better - strategic wise - than Yugioh, it's just that more people play Yugioh..

Next time I come in I'll bring my MTG deck with me, it's probably not very good but nyeh! Cheesy
It'll be cool to play with people other than my two mates. xD
