Doin the furl Nd the Thizzle Dance

After searchin for inspiration for my terrain piece Lisa & i have  decieded to go a head nd make a battle board
Were going to make it 4x4 ft, I have some selotex (wall instalation board) that were going to carve nd shape to something like this well we hope


will up some pic as & when  Wink

Well heres the start with some small trees on there think i will need bigger 1s but these are good for now
I put the roll of tape there to represent the tree stump that will be there
This section is 4 ft x 18 inces

I was gonna paint it brown first but Lisa like the thought of the ground being magical

So we flocked it but i think its a bit thin in places so il add some more & a lighter colour flock as well when this layer is dry

Heres another coat of flock ive made it look a bit viney(?) in places

After it had dried (not long as i used carpet spray) i added a layer of lighter flock with a tint of yellow init for the fallen leaves


i have started the sacrificial tree but not sure on it(which means its wrong) it was a lid from the fish food that ive undercoated then a coat of scorched brown & a coat of black ink then il put some bark arond the edge
