advanced deck help (irl)

Hi i was wonder if anyone could give me any tip on improving my current deck ive haven't played in about 2 years so i don't have many of the new card that are out atm. The deck below was the deck i was using when i used to play at Tournaments but looking at today's decks it need improvement.

For what ive look up online i could make a monarch deck from some of the cards ive got already but what cards i need to get to make a good monarch deck or if there any better deck i can make that could help my deck be better for today's tournaments i know that (Heavy Storm, Ring of destruction and Confiscation) are now on the forbidden list but other that that any help would be brilliant.

frog monarch sounds interesting what card should i be looking out for im thinking swap frog, Ronintoadin, Dupe Frog some different monarchs and LADD
